About Me:
This work has totally transformed me, and my life, I am certainly not the person I was back then, I carried many traumas daily with me, affecting my day-to-day life, my relationships, my family, my children, the sexual abuse I carried with me for so long, the trauma from it, making me trusted no one, I let it take over and ruin my life it consumed and controlled me which lead me to attract many Physically, sexually and mentally abusive relationships, a pattern I could not shift, and a feeling of feeling dirty and numbed by alcohol and drugs to combat the shame that goes with any form of abuse was so deep, the suicidal thoughts consumed me, the amount of alcohol I would drink or substances I took soothed me and numbed the pain, to take the flashbacks away.
Getting cancer did not take the pain away it just highlighted that I have no one I could trust my life with, but my kids, I am completely alone.
I found Counselling had not helped me as much as I wanted, but then,I came across Terence Watts and trained first in Psychosexual Dysfunction Training and then BWRT and I have to say this work and this training got me through and out to the other side. So supporting you with this work really is a passion of mine, to get you also to the other side of your stuff, whatever your stuff is.
