• All charges payable by you for the services delivered shall be by the scale of charges and rates in the area and my experience and expertise.  

• All payments must be in UK pounds sterling and are Non-Refundable. (You can choose another treatment to the value paid out, also block sessions can be used on other treatments of the same value.)  

• Deposit payment is payable in advance of the booking being confirmed. Payment by BACS payment details to be sent to you upon booking.  

• For new clients booking their first session, a deposit of £X (stated on the service page) is required to secure your booking and time slot. 

• Subsequent sessions can be paid on the day by either Cash or Bank transfer Payment made at the end of your session . 

• All block sessions have to be paid fully in advance by BACS or Cash upfront, or on the day, to receive your discount. 

• If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, then you can simply rearrange a new appointment.  

• If you fail to show up or cancel your appointment before your session time you will still be charged the full fee and if it is a block, that will be counted off as a missed session.  

• Late Arrivals, I recommend you give yourself extra time to find parking in case you can not fit your car on the drive, so that you arrive at your session on time. Typically, there will be someone booked in after your appointment.

• If you or someone you live with has a stomach bug, sickness or any signs of a cold, COVID or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, on the day or 24 hrs before your appointment, please call up and rearrange your appointment or we can work online. 

• If your health or medical circumstances change, you must advise me of the changes as soon as possible to not be charged for missed appointments.  

• Possible contraindications for treatment. 
• Please advise me if you have any of the following or have been diagnosed with any of the following:
• Heart conditions,   
• Psychosis,
• Bi-Polar or any other mental health conditions,
• if you are Seeing any other health professional or mental Health teams, support workers,

 or 

• if you are taking any medication.
• please be advised that an opt out letter may  be sent to your GP before sessions commence.

By attending your session, you have agreed to these booking conditions, and confirm you have read the contraindications and made your initial payment upon booking, which will be confirmed unless you are paying by cash on the day (a deposit may still be required to secure your booking). 

• If you have booked and prepaid for a course of treatments and then you fail to arrive for your appointment, or if I arrive for a Home Visit or at your chosen location and for any reason, the appointment does not take place. Then this will be counted as 1 of your paid treatments.  

• At your initial appointment, you will be required to complete a consultation form. This is required for my insurance and stored using the GDPR guidelines, All initial Consultation fees are shown on the booking/service page.
